7. Ice Cold Water

Ice Cold WaterBefore you start applying nail polish just fill a bowl with water and drop a few ice cubes in it. After applying a coat of nail polish just dip your hand in the water after you apply a coat, leave your nails in there for about thirty seconds take them out for five seconds and put them in for another thirty seconds or as long as it does not start hurting. It is advisable to take your fingers out for a bit so that you do not end up freezing them. It’s a sure way to get your nails to dry off quickly.

6. Put Them In The Freezer

Put Them in the FreezerThis is not my favourite method during winters but it is usually the way I choose! Sure your hands might get a little cold but it is as simple as it gets when you think of how to dry nail polish fast. All you do is stick your hands in for a minute, check it and you are ready to apply the next coat. The downside is walking all the way to the freezer. It isn’t magic though, it’ll just help speeding things up a bit.

5. Use A Hair Dryer

Use a Hair DryerHey, your hair dryer is sitting right there on your dresser when you are getting ready. Just make sure you set the heat as low as possible. It is very convenient to dry nail polish fast. Keep the hair dryer at a distance and make sure you keep moving it around. Also be a little careful or make a friend do it for you so that you do not end up spoiling the other hand while you are at it. If a friend is not available just make sure your hair dryer is plugged in and ready to use. If you destroy your nail polish while untangling the wire, the whole purpose is going to be defeated.

4. Use Thin Coats

Use Thin CoatsOf course this is a no-brainer, that’s the first thing that pops up in your head while you think of how to dry nail polish faster. Remember to clean the nail polish on the bottle while shutting it otherwise when you try to open your nail polish the next time it is going to present a challenge to you.

1. Cooking Spray

Cooking SprayThis is not my favourite method to dry nail polish fast. It means you will have cooking spray all over your hands. This doesn’t mean that if it does not work for me it will not work for you either. This is the method my mum always used and believe me it is as simple as quick dry nail spray. You need to understand though if you use PAM or any cooking spray it’s only for your top coat. It doesn’t necessarily dry your nails what it does is give an oily coat on top so that the nail polish does not smudge. If your nails hit a very hard surface though you will still get a dent on your nail.

PAM is definitely the best not only to grease your pans but also as a dry nail polish fast method.
