18. Relieve in Headache
Ginger provides relieve in simple headache as well as in migraine by preventing the synthesis of prostaglandin. Hence helps relieving the pain in blood vessels.
- Take 3 tbsp of ginger powder.
- Add little water in it to make paste.
- Apply the paste on forehead.
- Repeat the steps whenever you feel headache and get relief.
- During the headache or migraine attack, take a cup of ginger tea; this would definitely minimize the pain.
